Questions
Do I need to be spiritual to join?
Not at all. The Soul Wheel framework and breathwork practices work whether or not you'd describe yourself as spiritual. The science behind breathwork — vagus nerve activation, parasympathetic regulation — is well-documented and doesn't require any particular worldview. We welcome the deeply spiritual and the deeply skeptical. Both belong here.
What's the difference between the three options?
The Soul Wheel Course ($97, one-time) is fully self-paced — the complete 8-spoke curriculum with breathwork techniques, exercises, and integration practices. You work through it on your own time, at your own pace, with lifetime access. No live sessions, no community space — just you and the framework.
The Community ($37/month) is all about the ongoing, live experience — breathwork sessions with Sara Christine, monthly Soul Wheel group check-ins, the community space, and a growing resource library. No self-paced course included, but everything you need to keep the work moving in real time.
The Course + Community Bundle ($297/year) gives you both: the full self-paced curriculum and complete community access, billed annually. It's the deepest entry into the framework — and the best value if you know you're ready to go all in.
I've tried programs before and fallen off. How is this different?
We plan for that. The Plan for Failure isn't just a nice idea here — it's built into how we work together from day one. Before you start anything, we help you map out what falling off looks like for you specifically, what triggers a derail, and exactly how you come back. Falling off doesn't end your membership. It's part of the practice.
How much time does this require each week?
As much or as little as you have. There are live sessions to attend when you can, resources to explore when you're ready, and a community to drop into whenever you need it. The monthly theme gives you a gentle focus without demanding a schedule. Nothing here is built to add pressure to a life that probably already has enough of it.
Can I cancel my membership?
The Course Only is a one-time payment — no subscription, nothing to cancel. It's yours to keep. Monthly Community members can cancel anytime with no commitment. Annual bundles are billed once per year. If life shifts and you need to step back from a membership — we understand. Nothing bad or wrong about that.
I'm new to breathwork. Will I be lost?
You'll be right at home. Every breathwork session is facilitated with both newcomers and experienced practitioners in mind. Sara will always explain what's happening physiologically, what to expect, and how to modify if something doesn't feel right. No experience required — just a willingness to try.
